All AC Sports events are TEAM BASED Play & Stay events
All teams agree to coordinate their Play & Stay Requirements
through the T1 Housing service.
TEAM BASED Play & Stay Requirements to participate in our events:
TEAMS must book a minimum of 8 guest reservations (not room nights) for the event
THROUGH the T1 HOUSING Booking Site
BEFORE the Team Block Booking Deadline
Teams based under 75 miles from the event's playing location are considered a "local" team and will be granted an exemption from the Play & Stay requirements.
Teams that wish to OPT OUT of the Play & Stay requirements
may apply for an exemption through AC Sports.

*PLEASE NOTE*
For all AC Sports and Cap Classic® events:
Teams that have not completed their Play & Stay requirements through T1 Housing by the given deadline for the event will AUTOMATICALLY be billed for the event OPT OUT fee and will not be scheduled for the event
unless that fee is paid in full prior to the scheduling deadline.
