T1 Housing
Play & Stay Policy
All of the T1 Housing partners employ Team-Based Play & Stay policies. These policies generally state that to participate in a particular event, all teams are required to stay within a designated city or county relative to that event location.
All teams are responsible for booking their accommodations for these events through T1 Housing to ensure those Play & Stay requirements are tracked and met. Arrangements made outside of T1 Housing DO NOT count for Play & Stay credits.
T1 Housing is responsible for reporting each team’s ongoing eligibility status to our partner event directors to help ensure that all teams have secured adequate accommodations and met all Play & Stay requirements.

Please be aware that while T1 Housing does not have a specific Play & Stay policy, each of our partners is required to submit their unique Play & Stay policy.
Most will include the following items to be aware of:
Minimum room requirements to participate - (by team & by tournament)
Deadlines for meeting requirements - any penalties that may apply
Exemptions for “local team” status - Maximum radius from location(s)
Always check the specific Play & Stay Policy of your event provider
prior to registering for that event.
